Turn from Power Structures – We will reject forms of leadership that elevate people through titles based on gifting, charisma or gender. We will not elevate some roles or spiritual giftings over others. We reject closed door meetings or tactics that seek to control outcomes. We reject the notion that only some are called to participate in Kingdom work.

To LIVE for more means…

Turn toward Cooperative Action – We will choose shared rather than individualistic decision making. We will listen to any member who carries the weight of Kingdom responsibilities. We will agree together to identify our own giftings and callings in order to participate in what God is doing in the world, understanding that unity requires individual responsibility.
